Spinach, Pear and Avocado Smoothie

 This is a really refreshing smoothie that is packed full of goodness.  Spinach is high in iron, avocado is great for your heart, celery is packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients and limes are really good for your digestion. What a perfect start to the day! Just put all of the ingredients into a blender, pulse until really smooth and add enough water to make it a runny consistency. Enjoy!




 You will need:

1 avocado
2 large handfuls spinach
2 celery sticks
2 pears
2 limes
10 ice cubes
water
