Chocolate Pasta Pudding

 Yup, you read it right...chocolate pasta. My friend Hannah recently went to Lucca, and knowing I am a huge sucker for anything sweet, very kindly brought me back some chocolate pasta. Now, I've never tasted or even heard of chocolate pasta before, so this was a pretty exciting challenge. I spent a while brainstorming recipes that would complement yet not overwhelm this special ingredient. So, here is my recipe for a deliciously rich and indulgent pasta desert. 

Serves 2

You will need:
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
pinch of salt
dark chocolate, to decorate
handful chopped walnuts

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In the meantime, make the sauce. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan, then add in the vanilla, honey, salt and cocoa. Stir until everything is well combined. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan. Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir well. Serve up and decorate with chopped walnuts and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
